Asiate en court is a short film competition showcasing Asian artists of all generations from here and abroad. It aims to highlight their voices, support their artistic endeavors, and encourage their visibility in Montreal, Quebec, and Canada, while promoting intercultural dialogue, inclusion, and exchanges with the public.Among the participants, some will have the chance to win the Grand Prize for the best short film of Asian origin, as well as the Canadian and Quebec Coup de cœur awards, honorable mentions, and a broadcast award, thanks to our many partners.The selected films will be screened in their original language (with French subtitles) or in French.SESSION 4 - SPINNING FAMILY TALES1 - Silk Spun, 19:06, Marguerite Ranger.2 - Qadr, 12:00, Maytham Jbara.3 - Washed My Hands of It, 2:00, Elmira Laki.4 - What's Mine Is Yours, 10:00, Haaris Qadri.5 - Ran Som, 12:16, Richard Dang.6 - FISH BOY / 魚仔, 10:32, Christopher Yip.*Bundle discounts (single transaction only): 2 sessions for $30, 3 sessions for $36, 4 sessions for $40.
