How do I get to the Quartier des Spectacles?

There are many ways to get to the Quartier des Spectacles, but public transport is best.

By metro: Take the green or orange line and get off at one of the following three metro stations:
- Place-des-Arts*
- Saint-Laurent
- Berri-UQAM*
- * Stations with elevators
By bus: Take one of 10 bus lines to the Quartier.
By paratransit: Use the paratransit service.
By bike: Take one of the bike paths that criss-cross the Quartier. Bicycle parking is available near Saint-Laurent metro station. There are also some twenty BIXI stations throughout the area.

If you’re coming by car, there are eight indoor and several outdoor parking lots in the Quartier des Spectacles. You can also park your car on the surrounding streets, subject to local regulations.

You can refill your water bottle at the fountains located in the Esplanade Tranquille pavilion, at Le Central and at Complexe Desjardins. In summer, you can also quench your thirst at one of the mobile fountains in the Quartier’s public squares, until October.
