Allow yourself to be captivated by the mysterious glow of radium in an evening filled with mystery, history and fun!

Every season, the MEM invites visitors to a unique happy hour event. With music, drinks at the bar, and an original theme, the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Welcome to off-the-wall evenings!

For this edition, discover the exhibition, "A Ray of Hope? The Institut du Radium de Montréal Against Cancer" and allow yourself to be guided by the beams lighting up the museum. Once a symbol of modernity and exciting discoveries, radium fascinated people with its strange glow, promises and seemingly magical qualities.

This off-the-wall evening is inspired by this fascination — a mix of radiance, curiosities and stories that marked the 1900s. On the program: a retro musical ambiance from the past century, a cocktail of mysterious fluorescent emanations, and a challenge worthy of the greatest scientists.
