In September, the facades of the Quartier des Spectacles provide a showcase for emerging creators, offering them a prime opportunity to present their work. A series of video projections allows viewers to discover the talent and richness of Montreal and Quebec's artistic and creative community in digital production. The productions are selected following a call for projects.

For its first edition in 2024, La rentrée de la relève (now called Lumière sur la relève) featured six video projections on three facades in the Quartier des Spectacles, offering viewers a journey through the worlds of six groups of emerging artists and creators from Montreal and Quebec working in digital production. The public was invited to let themselves be transported into their worlds and stories, each one more original than the last.
